7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable) must be included.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
Products with missing parts or damaged packaging caused by the customer.
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the product
A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
